Head of Talent Acquisition

Role Overview
The Head of Talent Acquisition will own the full recruitment strategy for OrthoHouse.
This role requires a high-impact leader with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Employer Branding, Talent Pipeline Development, and End-to-End Recruitment Operations, ideally within orthopedics, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
Your mission is to drive an efficient, scalable, and talent-focused recruitment engine.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with OrthoHouse's growth plans.
- Build streamlined, scalable, and compliant hiring processes and policies.
- Lead workforce planning through proactive hiring forecasts and talent mapping.
Recruitment Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche positions in orthopedic medical devices.
- Set and measure recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, sourcing efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Ensure a consistent and professional interview process across all departments.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Drive advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, headhunting, and proactive pipeline building.
- Build a continuous pipeline for high-demand roles in orthopedic medical devices.
Employer Branding
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position OrthoHouse as an Employer of Choice.
- Create impactful recruitment campaigns, digital content, and employee storytelling to attract top talent.
- Enhance OrthoHouse visibility on LinkedIn through strategic hiring posts and branding activities.
Recruitment Technology
- Optimize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting automation tools.
- Build recruitment dashboards, funnel analytics, and insights to drive data-driven hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with all department heads to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment.
- Manage recruitment partners and negotiate agency contracts when required.
- Offer strategic recommendations on talent availability, market trends, and hiring challenges.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in medical or related field (master's preferred).
- 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years leading a team.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven track record in recruiting for both technical and commercial roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing strategies and modern TA tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to build scalable processes and operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
