About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR Department.

This role is responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding top talent while strengthen Oxygen's reputation as an employer of choice.

You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate closely with business leaders, and bring Oxygen's unique culture to life across all employer branding touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will combine recruitment expertise with creative employer branding initiatives that reflect Oxygen's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all functions (Sales, Marketing, Medical, and more).
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to ensure manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
  • Develop and manage employer branding strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Organize and manage career fairs, internal referral programs, and onboarding initiatives to support a positive employee experience.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and maintain an exceptional candidate experience for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to ensure effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, ideally in pharma, or cosmetics.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and digital recruitment skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for people and culture.
  • Results driven approach with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Meta, job portals and recruitment tools.
