Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the recruitment process, including full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and assisting in hiring decisions. Responsibilities also include enhancing employer branding strategies and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting strategies
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Highest commission in the Market
