This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role will focus on developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
- Skilled in Conducting Interviews and Candidate Assessment
- Experience in Hiring processes and strategies
- Strong knowledge of Employer Branding methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and effectively navigate a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in human resource management or talent acquisition is a plus
