Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities also include developing talent acquisition strategies, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring best practices in recruiting processes. Collaboration with various departments is key to understanding their staffing needs and building a pipeline of quality candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Skills in recruitment strategy development, talent pipeline management, and employer branding
  • Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
