his is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition based in New Cairo. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment to attract, assess, and retain top talent for the organization. Responsibilities include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing candidate sourcing and selection processes, fostering strong employee relations, monitoring recruitment KPIs, and ensuring alignment with HR policies. The role requires collaboration with managers across departments to meet organizational staffing needs and drive performance management initiatives.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and a strong understanding of HR Management principles
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and performance management
  • Familiarity with developing, applying, and enforcing HR Policies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or supervisory roles is highly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is an added advantage
  • Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a strong plus
