An
IT help desk

will be required to respond to queries in person and over the phone, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. may also be required to provide basic computer training, modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance with fast and effective support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       
Perform all work in accordance with the Business requirements, department procedures and work instructions.

·       
determining service and troubleshooting requirements by working with employees through work requirements.

·       
Escalate unresolved issues to management team & support it through completion.

·       
Document accurately and comprehensively based on the standards of practice and current organization policies

·       
Ensure that the Sales team kits are up to date, complete and working appropriately.

·       
Provide desktop set up and support to all Al-Mahaba employees and new hires

·       
Design, develop and deliver process training based on best practices

·       
Develop expertise necessary to troubleshoot proprietary and non-proprietary hardware and software

·       
Provide internal and customer facing documentation for device usage and troubleshooting, as appropriate.

·       
Act as Subject Matter Expert for process, procedure and budget analysis.

·       
Assist in creation and maintenance and expansion of shared networks, with process-focused content.

·       
Keep record of problems and their resolution 

  • Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve

·       
Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting

·       
Suggest improvements on procedures

Requirements:

·     

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

·      
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including circuit boards, memory modules, networks and processors.

·      
Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.

·      
Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.

·      
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
