Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Help Desk Junior based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include responding to and resolving technical support issues, offering help desk support to employees, and troubleshooting desktop computer problems. The role requires effective communication with users to provide technical assistance and support while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates will also support infrastructure-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Skill in Troubleshooting technical and system issues
  • Knowledge of Desktop Computers, including setup and maintenance
  • Experience in Customer Support with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and software systems is a plus
  • A degree or relevant certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
  • 2 Years in similar work environment
