Role Description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Executive to provide efficient and effective technical support to users within the organization. As a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, the role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing network and IT operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of technological systems. The IT Help Desk Executive will also respond to technical inquiries, support end-users with troubleshooting, and ensure the resolution of IT-related problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for user issues across hardware, software, and applications.
  • Familiarity with Network Administration and knowledge of Information Technology practices and tools.
  • Experience in IT Operations and maintaining effective IT support services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users and collaborate with teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a help desk or technical support role is advantageous.
