Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Help Desk Officer located in Cairo, Egypt. The IT Help Desk Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network administration, and system administration. The officer will assist in resolving technical problems and support all IT-related activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
  • Knowledge in network administration and system administration
  • Proficiency in information technology systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a help desk or similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
