Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Help Desk Executive located in Cairo. The IT Help Desk Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Daily tasks will include resolving user problems, assisting with network administration, and maintaining company hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
- Technical support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology skills
- Experience with Network Administration and IT Operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- From 0-2 years of experience
