Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Help Desk professional based in Cairo. The IT Help Desk professional will handle a variety of responsibilities including providing technical support to team members, resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining hardware and software systems. The role involves troubleshooting network and system problems, ensuring network security, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal users. Additionally, the individual will assist with network administration tasks and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Network Administration and Information Technology tasks
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical system and network issues
  • Experience with Network Security protocols, practices, and safeguards
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA or Cisco certifications, are a plus
