Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for the position of Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage schedules and resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, supervising construction teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control throughout all construction phases. The Site Manager will also be responsible for addressing any issues that arise during construction to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to oversee teams and manage resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Technical expertise in structural and architectural construction, with knowledge of electromechanical systems, interior fit-outs, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in modern construction management techniques, use of construction technologies, and project scheduling tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills essential for addressing on-site challenges and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale and complex construction projects is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
