We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Site Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and lead a strong site team, manage remote project sites, and oversee all installation activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. This role requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge, hands-on experience in site installation, and the ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal teams in a demanding site environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for installation projects, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Lead and supervise site teams (engineers, supervisors, and technicians) to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the installation of Pipelines, Radial Gates, Penstocks, Stoplogs, Water Flow Control Gates, and Weed Screens.
  • Coordinate with the technical office to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment between site work and design intent.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all documentation and as-built records are properly completed.
  • Monitor material deliveries, and site resources to avoid delays and rework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience in site management and installation, preferably in water infrastructure projects, including water pumping stations and booster stations.
  • Proven hands-on experience in the installation of Pipelines, Special Fittings, Bridges, Gates, Radial Gates, Penstocks, Stoplogs, Water Flow Control Gates, and Weed Screens.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SolidWorks, Tekla, or other design software is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Very good command of both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in working with AI tools is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical and site-related problems independently through research, initiative, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards of quality, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work in remote site settings across Egypt.
