Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Project Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and conducting site inspections. Additional tasks include supervising the logistics and coordination of resources, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely progress and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Ability to manage and lead on-site teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience from 10 years in residential or commercial real estate projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
