Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at designated facilities, ensuring efficient implementation of facility management services. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing client requirements. The Site Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for operational improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong facility and energy management experience, with knowledge of day-to-day operations
  • Proven leadership and team supervision skills
  • Proficiency in technical and business development strategies
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the facilities management or energy management industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management is advantageous
