Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

Directly oversee workers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Ensure high-quality finishing and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with the project manager and design team to resolve any on-site issues.

Monitor progress, materials, and workmanship to maintain consistent quality.

Prepare daily or weekly site reports and update management on project status.

Ensure proper use of materials and minimize waste.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing or interior site work.

Strong knowledge of site execution details, finishing materials, and interior fit-out processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage on-site teams effectively.
