Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to sales staff. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to streamline sales processes and reporting on sales metrics to senior management.

  • Proven experience in Team Management and Training
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Experience in a similar role in the sales industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
