Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Supervisor, based in Damietta, Egypt, with an option for partial remote work. The Sales Supervisor will oversee team performance, manage sales operations, and provide training to drive business growth. The role also includes evaluating market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning daily activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills to effectively lead and develop team members.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage hybrid work schedules and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales supervision and familiarity with e-payment systems is preferred.
