Role Description

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret sales data effectively
  • Proficiency in Team Management and Training to lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for maintaining client satisfaction and facilitating clear communication
  • Ability to contribute to strategy development and assist in the implementation of sales initiatives
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are desirable
