Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold LE PACHA's standards. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, monitoring performance, and handling queries or issues promptly. The Supervisor will also manage inventory, oversee the financial transactions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Operational management and staff supervision skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Inventory management and basic financial transaction handling skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Experience in the hospitality or nightlife industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is an advantage
