Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure the effective execution of projects, and lead on-site teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining site safety compliance, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage complex processes effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management skills to effectively oversee teams and site operations
  • Strong project management abilities including planning, execution, and monitoring project progress
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in site management
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in resource planning, allocation, and cost optimization
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in IT-related or infrastructure projects is a plus
