Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer based in New Cairo. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate construction and
finishing
projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing on-site operations, conducting inspections, monitoring progress, and collaborating with team members to resolve any project challenges. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders and meticulous attention to both technical and operational details.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in on-site project management and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and knowledge of relevant building standards
  • Technical expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for construction management is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred
