Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Facilities Senior Site Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily facility management operations, ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of buildings, systems, and structures. Duties include supervising maintenance teams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing technical expertise to solve operational issues. Coordination with other departments to achieve organizational goals and timely reporting on project progress will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in engineering, building maintenance, and operational facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and energy-efficient practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facility management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in facility management are a plus.
  • Prior experience in handling facility management projects.
