Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior MEP Engineer, based in New Cairo. The Senior MEP Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the company's managed facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supervising contractors, managing project timelines, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Extensive expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and contractor supervision
  • Working knowledge of industry standards, building codes, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills for resolving complex engineering challenges
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
  • Previous experience in the facilities management, construction, or engineering industries is highly favorable
