Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, air-handling units, exhaust fans, and all mechanical equipment.
  • Lead site mechanical teams and contractors to ensure compliance with FM standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective action plans.
  • Review and enhance maintenance schedules, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Manage energy optimization initiatives and ensure system performance is aligned with operational goals.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth facility operations.
  • Prepare technical reports, performance dashboards, and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in mechanical maintenance within facilities management, commercial buildings, or industrial sites.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and BMS operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and handle multi-site workloads.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred:

  • FM background (Facilities Management).
  • Experience with CAFM systems.
  • Certifications such as HVAC, OSHA, or FMP are a plus.
