Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Site Engineer
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, lead site teams, ensure quality control, and coordinate all site-related activities to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  • Coordinate between the project management, design, and procurement teams
  • Manage subcontractors, manpower, and material usage efficiently
  • Monitor project schedules and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Review and approve shop drawings and method statements when required
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality control and HSE procedures
  • Support project managers in planning, technical problem-solving, and cost control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related discipline)
  • Minimum
    5–10 years of experience
    in site supervision within the
    construction industry
  • Proven experience in
    industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines under pressure
