Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer (Roads & Earthworks) located in Red sea, Egypt. The Senior Site Engineer will manage day-to-day site operations, oversee quality control measures, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with the team and contractors, ensuring safety standards, and preparing reports on progress and challenges. The role also involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery within budget and specified quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in on-site operations and management.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in quality control and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Solid knowledge of civil and structural engineering practices relevant to roads and earthworks.
  • Ability to lead site teams, manage resources, and solve problems under challenging conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
