ob Title : Senior Site Engineer

Project Location : North Coast & Red Sea

Responsibilities:

  • Review sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.
  • Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
  • Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
  • Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
  • Review labors' productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.
  • Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.
    • Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.
  • Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects
  • Follow up and review warehouses and follow up on raw material consumption rates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
  • 4-7 years of experience
