Smart Power has an outstanding experience in the field of Electromechanical engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of high and medium voltage substations and power stations, design and procurement of control, protection, planning and designs of LV & MV distribution networks, communication and SCADA systems for distribution & transmission networks and construction management of power projects.

  • We are seeking an experienced SiteManager to oversee and drive the success of multiple projects from our Head Office. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. This role is central to our operations, coordinating resources, setting project milestones, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    technical and financial studies
    for projects prior to execution.
  • Perform
    load calculations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations
    based on drawings and specifications.
  • Review and verify
    design and shop drawings
    to ensure compliance with project standards and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain
    Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
    and pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Design, Procurement, and Construction) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor
    site activities
    to ensure that work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing and updating the
    project schedule
    and tracking progress versus plan.
  • Prepare
    technical and progress reports
    for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide
    value engineering solutions
    and technical recommendations to optimize cost and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical.
  • 3–7 years of experience
    in project studies, cost estimation, or site execution.
  • Proficiency in software such as
    AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, MS Project, and Primavera
    .
  • Strong analytical skills for
    technical and cost data analysis
    .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
