Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage the execution of hospitals and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate shall have an extensive on-site project management experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects within time, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all phases are completed according to schedule.
  • Monitor daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client's representatives to ensure proper workflow and clear communication.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or conflicts and proactively implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations on-site.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and updates to top management and the client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
    , with proven work on
    healthcare and commercial projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction management, building codes, and modern project delivery methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office (Primavera is a plus).
  • Ability to manage teams, build relationships, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
