Modern Interiors is hiring Project Managers

We are a leading company in the construction and interior finishing industry, specialized in turnkey interior solutions for commercial, residential, administrative, and hospitality projects. We are committed to delivering high-quality standards, timely execution, and professional project delivery supported by strong technical expertise.

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to manage interior and fit-out construction projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will lead site teams, control project scope, quality, timelines, and cost, while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project delivery. Please note: Project locations may be outside Cairo based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, monitoring, and closing assigned projects according to contracts and deadlines. Reviewing project drawings, scope of work, shop drawings, and material submittals. Developing project schedules and following up with the planning department. Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Managing site execution teams and enforcing safety standards. Monitoring project budgets, variations, and cost control measures. Conducting technical meetings, preparing progress reports, handling change orders, and maintaining quality finishing standards. Attending site inspections and following up on snag lists until final handover.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Engineering. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing interior and fit-out construction projects. Strong technical background in finishing materials, installation methods, and site execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or Primavera is a plus). Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines, with flexibility to work on projects outside Cairo.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of project contracts, BOQs, shop drawings, material submittal processes, quality assurance, safety management, and client handling.
