Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Site Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Architect Site Manager will oversee project designs, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and standards, and monitoring construction activities on-site to meet deadlines and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordination with construction teams and stakeholders, ensuring proper integration of design and functionality, and maintaining alignment with project goals. The Architect Site Manager plays a key role in project execution and successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design with attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong skills in Project Management, including organization, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
  • Experience with Software Development and Integration in architectural contexts is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and liaise with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Egypt
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects is preferred
