Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Architect role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Architect will oversee architectural design implementation, work closely with clients and construction teams, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and standards. Responsibilities include managing architectural planning, conducting site visits, coordinating technical requirements, and overseeing project progress to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a proven ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
  • Knowledge of Software Development and proficiency in tools related to design, planning, and modeling.
  • Experience in Integration, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple systems and stakeholders during project execution.
  • Proficient in Project Management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations within Egypt is advantageous.
