About the Role:

As a Technical Interior Design Architect, you will play a key role in turning creative concepts into fully detailed, executable design solutions. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed drawings, technical documentation, and oversee implementation to ensure high-quality execution aligned with our design vision and standards.

Open Positions:

  • Technical Interior Design Architects
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in CAD, Revit, and interior detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive technical drawings and documentation (BOQ + Specs)
  • Collaborate with design and project teams from concept through Construction Documents
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and design specifications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong technical detailing skills and understanding of construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
