**Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Architect at Talla Architecture and Interior Design, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed interior and exterior design solutions, and overseeing finishing works (fit-out) from initial design stages through project completion.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients and project teams, producing and reviewing technical and shop drawings, supervising finishing quality on-site, and ensuring that all work aligns with design intent, project timeline, and budget requirements.

Qualifications


• Strong expertise in architectural design, including interior and exterior design, and finishing (fit-out) works.


• Proven ability to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and specifications.


• Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and site coordination.


• Excellent understanding of materials, finishing details, and construction methods.


• Strong skills in essential architecture and design software (AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, etc.).


• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture .


• Prior professional experience in interior design, exterior facades, and finishing supervision is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with local Egyptian building codes and regulations is a plus.**
