This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a BIM Architect at AIM-Plus Architects with the following description and requirements:

Role Description


• Create accurate construction BIM models (LOD 400) using Autodesk Revit.


• Experience in Creations & modification of families in AUTODESK Revit.


• Produce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages.


• Extract well-organized schedules and BOQs.


• knowledge of construction methods and how to apply them in the BIM model.


• Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows.


• Ability to deliver projects with high quality and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements


• BSc degree in Architecture Engineering.


• 1-3 Years of Architectural BIM experience.


• Communication, Organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.


• Excellent Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.


•
Navisworks, and BIM 360 knowledge is a plus.
