We are seeking a seasoned Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of administrative and residential finishes. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in site management, coordination between various project elements, and proficiency in handling diverse finishing materials.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to create accurate technical drawings
  • Passion for architectural design and detailing
  • Good knowledge of quantity take-off and project measurements
  • Skilled in 3D modeling and visualization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse finishing materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3DMax.
