Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concept Architect based in Cairo. The Concept Architect will be responsible for leading the design phase of various projects, including developing creative and functional architectural concepts. The role involves producing concept drawings, integrating client feedback, collaborating with design and construction teams, and aligning designs with project requirements. Additionally, the architect will ensure compliance with building regulations and present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural concept design.

  • Design Excellence: Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate ideas into compelling, functional spaces aligned with the project brief.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or SketchUp, plus AutoCAD and Photoshop.

  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts visually (diagrams/renders) and verbally to clients.

  • Collaboration: A true team player with the ability to brainstorm and contribute creatively to the design narrative.

  • Client Focus: A client-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize client objectives throughout the design process.
