We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support project management teams, ensuring that all aspects of site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role is essential for maintaining workflow and communication between various parties involved and ensuring compliance with project timelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager in overall project coordination and execution.
  • Manage on-site logistics including schedule management and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on site.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, and schedules.
  • Coordinate communication among subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate site meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor the progress of construction activities and report issues or delays to management.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate in a team environment, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Arch Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
