ISISC Supplier is hiring Project Coordinator.

Net salary: 10-15k

Years of experience: 1~3 years

-Handle procurement documentation: contracts, POs, invoices, supplier agreements

-Enter and track data in ERP system

-Coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams

-Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist with supplier evaluation and reporting.

Location: Nasr City.

Days off: Friday and Saturday.

Working Hours: 9 AM-6 PM

Social insurance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Engineering Project Coordinator. The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications. Key tasks include managing project schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and addressing any challenges that arise. The role will also involve handling communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Engineering Management and Project Engineering.
  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Hands-on experience in Construction and Construction Management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
