Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technical and hands-on aspects of assigned projects.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly project reports on schedule, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and executives to secure resources and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Interact daily with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and represent their interests in the field.
  • Manage resources, HR aspects, quality control, and materials to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
  • Provide technical support and mentor project team members.
  • Maintain strong communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
