Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Director based in Cairo, Egypt. The Projects Director will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various architectural and engineering projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. The Projects Director will also liaise with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving
  • Experience in architectural and engineering processes, quality assurance, and compliance
  • Team leadership abilities, including staff coordination and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, along with budgeting and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in similar leadership roles within the construction or engineering sector is highly beneficial
