EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Industry Project Director.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of
    commercial real estate projects
    (mixed-use, retail, office, administrative, or hospitality).
  • Develop and control
    project master plans, schedules, and budgets
    .
  • Ensure full compliance with
    quality, HSE, and regulatory standards
    .
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Review and approve project progress reports, variation orders, claims, and payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's degree is a plus).
  • From 10 to 15 years of experience in project management.
  • Mandatory experience in commercial real estate projects.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale commercial developments.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
