EgyCham is Hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Company Projects Director.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Projects Director located in Cairo, Egypt. The Projects Director will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial projects. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also involves identifying risks, preparing mitigation plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within the commercial projects sector
  • Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder interaction
  • Experience in implementing quality and safety standards in large-scale projects
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Prior experience in delivering projects in compliance with regulatory and industry standards
