Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a BIM Coordinator. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM activities, collaborating with architects and MEP engineers, ensuring the accuracy of building information models, and managing BIM projects. The BIM Coordinator will also work closely with project management teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to project requirements in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
