Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator. The Senior MEP BIM Coordinator will oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Day-to-day tasks include managing BIM models, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards, coordinating with different teams, and resolving design conflicts. The Coordinator will also support project planning, attend meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in MEP systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in construction or engineering projects
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
