Job Description – Junior Mechanical Engineer (BIM/MEP)

  • BIM Works LLC is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer with strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination across disciplines.


Responsibilities

  • Review and update as-built models and shop drawings accurately.
  • Develop and modify Revit MEP mechanical models.
  • Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, and electrical teams.
  • Support the MEP team in resolving clashes and ensuring design compliance.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and technical reports.
  • Participate in site visits when needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good practical knowledge of Revit (through projects, internship, or coursework).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems: HVAC Firefighting Plumbing Basic understanding of BIM concepts and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Previous experience or exposure to construction sites is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, cooperative, and willing to learn.

Job Description – Junior Electrical Engineer (BIM/MEP)

  • BIM Works LLC is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer with good knowledge of BIM processes and electrical systems in construction projects.


Responsibilities

  • Review and update as-built electrical models and shop drawings.
  • Develop and modify Revit MEP electrical models.
  • Coordinate electrical layouts with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • Assist in clash detection and ensuring compliance with design standards.
  • Help prepare necessary documentation and reports.
  • Participate in site-based tasks when required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Practical experience or completed training in Revit.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems: Lighting Light current systems (CCTV, data, access control, etc.) Power distribution Knowledge of BIM principles and multidisciplinary workflow.
  • Previous exposure to construction sites is preferred.
