Job Overview:

ACE is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join the Dr. Mourad M. Bakhoum Sector, supporting project-level BIM coordination and contributing to company-wide BIM initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical skills, multi-disciplinary coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM coordination and facilitate multi-disciplinary coordination meetings for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and appendices.
  • Perform quality assurance checks, clash detection, and ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices under the guidance of the BIM Manager.
  • Assist in training initiatives to help teams adopt BIM standards and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably on large-scale or complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); familiarity with other BIM software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO
  • Experience in clash detection and model QA/QC.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design and construction teams.
  • Strong skills in preparing BIM documentation (BEPs, appendices, reports).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
