About the Role
We're looking for a BIM Specialist who is passionate about optimizing processes — not just building models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project teams in implementing and maintaining BIM workflows and standards.
  • Develop and manage templates, families, and content libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Guide teams on best practices for modeling, documentation, and coordination.
  • Troubleshoot BIM-related issues across Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a BIM Specialist in the AEC industry
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Excellent skills in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and any BIM related software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with automation, Dynamo, or scripting is a plus
